Google Fonts are great. Branding is awesome. So, when we want to ensure that a client’s website is consistent with, let’s say, their offline marketing, we need to find a Google Font that looks similar to the font we used in their print pieces.
This can be time consuming to scroll through the hundreds of fonts in Google Fonts directory, so internally at Brian Joseph Studios we’ve started to match these up with various fonts we typically use for offline projects.
A Google Font like Futura Light would be “Raleway“. Another option is” Open Sans” You can use the different weights for each font to see which one suits your project the best.
