We encourage you to take part in the process with us through regular communication with us, online chat, phone calls, emails and in person meetings, however, you do not need to be this involved if you so choose. We give you the choice to decide how the process flows, and we work with you to meet your needs.

Client Brief: A meeting between Brian Joseph Studios and the client is arranged for an initial discussion and to brainstorm about the website design, functionality, budget and timing requirements. This can be done in person or through email and telephone.

Proposal: After the meeting, Brian Joseph Studios develops a proposal after collecting all information from you, and creates a proposal that details each aspect of the web development solution that we believe is the right fit for your online marketing objectives. We outline the cost and a projected time line for completion, outlining each phase and each requirement at specific intervals throughout the project.

Approval & Contract Once the client is satisfied with the Brian Joseph Studios proposal, a contract is signed to commence with the website design project.

Visuals Designed: Our graphic designers and website designers get to work on creating the look and feel of your websites. We send a link to you to view the designs and we communicate with you on the overall design, layout and other aspects of the web design.

HTML and Programming - Web design build: After you have approved the design of the website, our developers begin coding the HTML and all functionality of the website. Any flash animation, database work and data integration is completed at this time.

Evaluation - Beta Testing: After our rigorous quality assurance program has been completed on the website, we provide you with a link to visit the website in a test location. This will allow you to fully test the website, all functionality , flash programming etc. We communicate with you closely on any changes or tweaks you would like.

Website Launch!: Once you are completely satisfied with the finished product, we hook the website up to your domain name, conduct one final walk thru to ensure that the site is working perfectly.

Apres-Launch Website Maintenance: Now that your website is launched, we are dedicated to helping you to keep it fresh and up to date.
